Forums - Gaming - Is it me, or are consumers attempting more crowd control than Microsoft?

I haven't really seen much PR from microsoft on xbone really. What little we have seen, has just been a confirmation of what we feared with a light PR spin, or just enraging gamers more (i.e. No internet? We have a product for that called 360.), or claiming to be like steam and that it's "good for everybody" IT seems with every PR comment they make they're shooting themselves more in the foot so we've seen some tight lips recently.

What I do see is a lot of people trying really hard (especially in this forum, I'm not seeing it anywhere else really) to put a positive spin on their policies and justify their policies, sometimes even making things up...

I've only seen a couple of people try to put a positive spin on their policies. I do see a massive number of aggressive pro Sony people all over the internet though. I can't blame the Microsoft crowd for staying quiet even if they do agree with the policies. Sales will show the true sentiment of gamers.

Microsoft has been hated since day one on the original Xbox. I don't see anything new here. It's just now, people have more reasons to bash them.

Uh, if you're taking a stab at me I don't have a Playstation signature or Avatar....

My signature is from Raptr, which is just gaming in general and as you can see I play xbox..

My Avatar is Foxy Croqeutte O' Gin from the Keberos Saga and Shin Takaguichi Retsuden Saga from Mamoru Oshii's films.

Becuase even with the RROD 360 their console was the underdog for almost the entire 7th Gen until Japan sales came through for them....And Now they ride the DRM horse into dawn

The 360 was never the underdog console. Microsoft couldnt dissect Sonys marketshare in the beginning of the generation by being an underdog. They essentially became what Sony was by filling their roster with multiplats and having a more competitive price.
