I'm not surprised about that part. Obviously, most people who work at Gamestop are gamers, and the Xbone is none too popular in gaming circles right now. I'd just not expect corporate to do anything too blatant.

i doubt this i corporate, just local employees having their way with the place. ...people can downplay the "core" all they want but we are the early adopters and we are the loudest voice.

This is very true they tried to push both me and my friends to PS4. I had to tell them three times no. They are always pushy at gamestop. That's why I ended up going to Best Buy to change my pre-order. Plus they said only one per household where BestBuy said I can order as many as I want. Plus BestBuy was a 25 pre-order and Gamestop was a $100 pre-order. What a mess. Let the consumer choose.

Wait just noticed, if they are handing out phamplets, doesn't it mean it was approved by corporate? I might be completely wrong though.
