I mostly buy physical copies of games.Digital is just not viable for me an upgrading will cost me an arm and leg.

No its because it takes forever to download a game. When I downloaded Vanquish, it took almost 30 HOURS to download the damn game. I don't know if my internet was acting up or the PS servers were on fire but that was the first and last time I download a retail game.


Something is wrong with your internet then or it might be a one-off. Plenty of people have no problem downloading retail games on PSN. Also, use automatic and/or remote download.

1. I already have ton of games to play.

2. I often already played or own the games that interest me.

3. I don't keep the games I download if I cancel my subscription.

Maybe I'll get it on the road when they offer PS4 games. But I have little interest in "free" PS3 and Vita games.

I don't like renting game, or owning a game only for the duration of a subscription. I prefer permanent ownership and disk base ownership, I see no reason to get PS+ as I simply don't use any of its service.

I used it twice, once after we got one month free from the PSN outage and later i bought three months for £12 but didn't renew becuase i forgot to download the free games lol. Also, my hard drive is almost full from all the games i have now, i want to finish them all before i get anymore. I have a 250gb PS3 slim and i somehow made it nearly full

because i own all games i want on console. ps+ is giving me only games i like and which i already own or games which i don't care about.

will be the same with xbox live. halo 3 and asscreed 2 are a good example. i like both and because of that i already own them. they could also give me halo 4, wouldn't change that...same with uncharted 3 now, i own it so why should i pay twice for it? 

only system i often don't buy games at release or the months after is the pc.
