I prefer the look of the slim. That was the best looking console this generation IMO.
Also I'm really surprised they still haven't cut the price of the 360. I'd be shocked if they don't drop the price in November.

It is smaller why would they bother to redesign it if its bigger.  Its probably like the PS3 super slim where they took the internal parts of the last model regular slim and just rearanged them to come up with a new model so no die shrink.  But I could be wrong if it uses a significant amount of less power then latest 360S then it will actually have a die shrink.

Kinda seems like a pointless excersise in my opinion. Cut the price, not make it look like a video recorder.
