Yeah, I had to shorten my name, too.

Anyway, I've been wondering, ever since that update you can see your wins and losses, but what exactly counts as a win and what as a loss ...? Is a win only added if you come in 1st? And when do you lose, if you place anything but 1st? It's vague.


I was planning on putting the tag on but whatever you guys think!



I bet the Wii U would sell more than 15M LTD by the end of 2015. He bet it would sell less. I lost.

5610 wins, 2485 losses, VR7055, but I'm racing more with friends than global.

I was just looking back at this.  I have about 5200 wins and 2600 losses playing almost exclusively online, so a lower win rate than you and a lower number of races, but my VR is about 8700. So either I've, on average, been in larger races with more points up for grabs or been racing against opposition with higher VR so more points up for grabs.

I usually race private matches with my German friends and started to do global races again only because of this thread. Maybe 3500-4000 wins were in global races.

Well, we hit each other all the time, that's part of the game ;) It was a red shell at 0:45.

But I never try to kick others off the track. I see that all the time on the new Rainbow Road or on the bridge in Yoshi's Valley.
