I'm happy for the Shulk reveal, and that Xenoblade Chronicles is coming to the 3DS...even though I apparently have to get the new one to play it. Oh well.

Anyway, I think he'll be a great addition to Smash, and his corresponding stage is GORGEOUS!!!!

Oh, and someone asked why Sakurai said that "Shulk wouldn't usually be in a game like Smash", I think it's because technically it's (Xenoblade) not a 1st party title. Monolith made it and I think that makes it 2nd party. It's basically like what would've happened if Bayonetta or Wonder Red had been in the game...which the former could still be!

Time's winding down until the Japanese release! Hope we get more character announcements before then!



In case you didn't know, I have a comic book called Guardians. I'm the writer/creator of it, and we have four issues out right now, with our fifth coming out soon!

We're also doing a Patreon right now for the comic, and I'd appreciate any and all help in getting it funded. If 56 people pledged $3 per issue, we'll be funded

This doesn't entirely rule him out, but Wonder Red was shown as a trophy.

Oh I know, but most likely they won't put him in. They're more likely to do Bayonetta as she's a more established character, and they might do it to try and boost sale, "Hey, Bayonetta is Smash, we should go get her game when it comes out in a few weeks!" That kind of thing.

I highly doubt that. This aint PSASBR. Its Freaking Smash

I think people who suggest Bayonetta, just want her in (personally) and use the excuse of Bayo2 exclusive to justify her joining in. But thats not how Sakurai works.

Also why include her when we have other third parties thats so much more important!
