Not really.  I don't know who I play best with.  A lot of characters don't feel better or worse than each other, just different.   Certain characters work on certain stages better and against certain other characters better too.

Pikachu's down smash comes off faster than ROB's, his Down + B is extremely annoying on certain fields, and he can spam his projectile whereas ROB can't.

The real problem is that fighting Pikachu is like fighting against Wolf, everyone who uses the character fights nearly the exact same way.  Just to show the absurdity of it, I once watched Fred do 5 Down smashes in a row.  It's like people forget they have other moves with Pikachu the moment they choose him.

Well i find that most ppl spam down smash it dose not madder so much which chaters they are playing. I think this is how it works the safety thing where you evade behind some one when they attk and then down smash and or F smash. If you do not play like this and or see the trick it becomes a pain because your no longer able to hit them and they are able to hit you. On a side note do you guys see shooting full charges shots from samues and lucaro as pill spam? I always though that if they would just shoot the first version of the charges shot over and over as spam but when you full charges the shoot is more like timing a smash its just this smash is long rng and the charging can be held.

 Well in Brawls the down smash is really effective maybe I sometimes use it too often but it's so fun to get 2-3 opponents twirling in the down smash. As for one on one, I think my Pikachu has really nice variety!

You have to admit, when someone plays as Pikachu and spams Down-B (I'm looking at YOU, IvoYarido)

It's annoying as hell. I start to hate Pikachu, and I go after him.
