I'll open a game up

Iclim, your Marth still needs a lot of work; he's too stationary. Marth has THE best approach in the game, and you need to take advantage of that. I also think you fought more on knowing what I was going to do rather than Marth's abilities. The thing is I knew that's what you were doing the entire time. All that did was make you look better than you really were. that last match felt like I didn't lose single stock for me.

The biggest problem is you don't know how to approach properly with him, and you aerial game is lacking. You're using the wrong aerials at the wrong times. The only approach option you use is dash, which is the worst thing you could do. His dash attacks doesn't have enough range for that, and it kills his spacing. your sword dance and short hop normal air attacks are much better for his spacing, they have better range, and higher priority.

These things will help your Marth a lot.

Your Donkey Kong makes me wonder if you might be able to give WoW or Fazz a challenge. That's your best character, IMO. I feel like I can beat you consistantly when you have MetaKnight or Wario. But that Donkey Kong is like your trademark. Your Ike is really good, too.

Ummm, I'm having trouble grasping the message you are trying to convey, can you elaborate on that statement?

My problem is I lack practice.
I seem to mess up alot with my dancing blades.
You seem to be able to strike me in the middle of my blade combo.
I don't know if that is just possible for meta because of his speed or I'm messing up in my rythm(I'm guessing the latter).
My aerials on the other hand always seem to lose in priority against yours.
I don't know if that is also a mistake on timing on my part or meta just has higher priority.
I also can't do a spike with Marth yet so I know I have a lot to work on. =l

@iclim Here's the answer to your problems.

Your Dancing blade combo isn't fast enough yet. You leave enough time for me to slip in a tilt or shield grab you out of it. My cousin is the same way. Just look at Luin's Marth and how fast she does it. As for your aerials, you're using the wrong one. You tend to to use the F-air mostly. My MetaKnight has priority over that. Use his N-air, as that has more reach than my MetaKnight. It comes out very fast and has no lag and a lot of range.

I was an idiot back then, lol. But hey! At least I like it now, right? And we really do need a tourny here. That would be very fun. Who would run it though?
