I also think you fought more on knowing what I was going to do rather than Marth's abilities. The thing is I knew that's what you were doing the entire time. All that did was make you look better than you really were. that last match felt like I didn't lose single stock for me. The biggest problem is you don't know how to approach properly with him, and you aerial game is lacking. You're using the wrong aerials at the wrong times. The only approach option you use is dash, which is the worst thing you could do. His dash attacks doesn't have enough range for that, and it kills his spacing. your sword dance and short hop normal air attacks are much better for his spacing, they have better range, and higher priority. These things will help your Marth a lot. |
Ummm, I'm having trouble grasping the message you are trying to convey, can you elaborate on that statement?

My problem is I lack practice.
I seem to mess up alot with my dancing blades.
You seem to be able to strike me in the middle of my blade combo.
I don't know if that is just possible for meta because of his speed or I'm messing up in my rythm(I'm guessing the latter).
My aerials on the other hand always seem to lose in priority against yours.
I don't know if that is also a mistake on timing on my part or meta just has higher priority.
I also can't do a spike with Marth yet so I know I have a lot to work on. =l
