When I played him with my Pit vs his MetaKnight, I won with 3 of my stock. Don't you think that's a little odd? What I mean is you can't still have a fight against a ranged player. You have to play a camp fest, and I'm not wiling to do that.

Yeah, my dancing blade blades is garbage. I prefer to stay in the air with him. His short hop air attacks help a ton with his spacing along with his shield grabing.

And Roy's Marth defeated TGM's Samus with all his stock, what's your point?
It's just skill and a bit of luck. Maybe you're just that good with pit?

Melee fighters have a larger array of short ranged attacks so they're usually at an advantage once they get close to a ranged attacker.

Your Marth skills are fine to me. Only thing is your air game, which is the exact oppisite of my weakness with him. Just work on your approach with him.

He's still meh to me, I expect losing whenever I use him.
Your spacing is a lot better than mine.
You just spam your forward smash too much, which makes you easily punishable with my pikachu.
Try spamming forward tilts when you're on the ground instead and use your forward smash by the time your tipper has the potential to kill.
