this thing keeps poping up. its not real. its a fake and if i click OK, it asks me to run or save this "spyware" removal thing.

@TGM : AdAware seems to do the trick for me for spyware. Also, you might want to use Firefox as your browser, you're much less likely to get infected if you browse with it.

GUYS! i did a system restore and everything is fixed!!!!!!! WoW, thanks for trying. it means alot to me.

I'd suggest doing a few more scans.  The first thing most modern viruses do is infect the System Restore files to ensure that a simple system restore doesn't make it go away.  Even worse, if the trojan (I'm pretty sure it was a trojan and not a real virus) opened up your computer you could have gotten infected by real viruses whose effects are not so obvious.  

Take extra care, you may not be clear of the problems yet.
