I need to be able to beat it with Marth anytime I feel like it. I need to figure out how to get Marth to act right. He can be stupid at time like not hugging the ledge quick....

Against anyone decent. That won't happen ^^
Hadoken type movement with the control stick towards the ledge the second you leave it works best for all characters. Its how I edge hog so fast on my characters.
