Game & Watch's U-air has a wind effect above him even if he misses with the damaging part. Basically, it blows you upwards. With his Up-B if your near him when he does it it launches you up with him.

his biggest problem is he doesn't know to use Snake. He plays Snake because that's who he has the most fun with. He has never seen what a good Snake looks like. He says he is going to watch some vids of DSF's Snake.
