Could come without an HDD or Sony opts for proprietary storage like with the PSV. The fact that Sony didn't mention anything hints at something negative, because they didn't hold back highlighting positive aspects regarding used games and online activations.

Even if it is proprietary, I can't see it being less than 250 gb minimum decause of the recent digital push. As for the price, that all thanks to PS+ essentially mandatory subscription.
