Wait this is for the 360 and not the X1?

I was reading updates at work (couldn't watch live lol) and I though that nex-gen Gold Subscription was going to have 2 free games a month. Huh, nvm.

This is definitely a great surprise for people with Gold right now.

"Microsoft announced that Xbox Live Gold, the paid subscription that is required in order to play Xbox 360 games online, will now include free game downloads leading up to the launch of the Xbox One in November"

I thought that line implied it was only for 360.  I could very well be mistaken, so much new information going around lol.

It is currently only available for the Xbox 360, and I got the impression that it was available beyond the launch of the Xbox One.  This is on-going for the Xbox 360.  Hopefully there will be some clarification in the coming days.

Also no word on what Microsoft will do for Xbox One Gold Subs.

Such bs how they didn't do this from the beginning of the gen with the 360! They should have taken note that psn is free and capitalize on it by offering games and discounts from the start.

the games suck so far so ill wait to see if they get any better before judging. So far though this seems to be only for the 360 and he said "up until the release of the Xbone"...wait and see
