IGN said it was exclusive.
I hope Insomniac doesn't make exclusives for X1 and PS4, cause I really don't want to have to buy two consoles...

X1 exclusive right from the source; Insomniac has it labeled an exclusive on their website. I don't mind exclusives, but the problem for me is that if they make more R&C games (which will have to be on PS4 only since Sony owns the franchise), I'm gonna want those too... bummer.

Looks amazing but knowing Insomniac, they'll probably pull a FUSE and change it up to appeal to the dudebro crowd.
I can't imagine Sony is shaking in its boots, just look at FUSE sales.
