It's not the same thing. Some companies release SHIT games and make a ton of money. What if Nintendo started doing that? Would you think that's funny!? Cause THAT'S what you're implying.

Nintendo made a lot of money with games like Wii Fit and ignored true gamers. Only third party games like Endless Ocean and Disaster: Day of Crisis saved the Wii that year, plus it become clear that the Wii was going to win the gen.

Hmm, could still be the worst year for hardcore games even if it was the best Nintendo had in monetary gains. If Toyota releases a new Corolla, Prius and Yaris one year and they sell gangbusters, skyrocketing Toyota stock and giving them a record year, can you honestly claim that this was the best year for car enthusiasts?
