Well, I'll give it an 8. Mostly because of the audio glitches.
But I think it was a good event for Microsoft.

E3 press conferences are famous for being jam-packed with total crap aimed at broad audiences. This conference was nothing but rapid fire games for an hour and a half, many of which were exclusives. Anyone who rated it a 1 is an idiot.

I agree it is BS but at the same time, snarking at any negative is getting old. |
I partly agree but really: It was all about games, there were alot of games, their were good looking games, there were surprising games, there were innovative games... a 1 reads like "worst conference imaginable".

There was a huge lack of JRPG's. Hopefully they announce a few (especially like Lost Odyssey) over the next couple of days.
You know there are gamers who still like platformers and action adventure games of which xbox only showed 2 or 3 of. Besides Project Spark (also on PC), that Brother game, and Black Tusk's new game no other exclusive was of much interest to me. For me it was a 5/10 but there are more critical people who probably disliked what Microsoft showed.
Hey did they say how much the new 360 was or just that it was a new slimmer model? I missed that part of the conference.
The absence of evidence is NOT the evidence of absence...

Oh please, given on what they showed a 1 is ridiculous. But given how much idiots there are on N4G, we have some here, too. |
Given that they didn't address the DRM at all 1 is a valid opinion to have. It may not be in line with others but it's still valid.
OT. I'd rate it a 5. That price killed anything I had for the system.

They have created a new studio for Japan and likely have third party exclusives, it makes the most sense announcing those at TGS doesn't it?
Same for Lionheads (likely Fable) and Rare's other game at Gamescom.

a 5/10 from someone who openly hates MS, means they did pretty damn good to everybody else. Thanks for the perspective ;)
