Damn u guys, I was hoping u would help me narrrow it down to one game but now theres like 10 games im considering!!!!!!!!

Yep, that is a problem. 3DS has games! I still need to pick up LM2 and Paper Mario

Didja look up Paper Mario? I'd make sure you know you exactly what you're getting into, less you be massively disappointed like me. D:

Don't mind change in play. I actually enjoyed Super Paper Mario a lot on Wii unlike some people. I love the humor and story writing of the series. Plus it is only $20 new on Amazon right now. I don't think I'll be dissatisfied.

Hey I liked Super Paper Mario too. The change in gameplay wasn't as bad as it is with SS, which is really just a massively watered down TTYD. The main thing is that there's no experience points. Hence you're better off not fighting, which in turn, kinda mean you're better off not playing the game. Also, the interesting story and creative characters the series is known for? Out the window, replaced instead by generic toads as characters, generic goombas, koopas, etc. as enemys, and the same old Bowser kidnaps Peach just because plot, which is even worse than in original PM as you never see these two characters again until the end of the game (atleast I assume so. I never actually bothered to beat the game).

Yep, that is a problem. 3DS has games! I still need to pick up LM2 and Paper Mario but Animal Crossing is going to soak up my play time. I'll have to get those other games later this year.

PS3DS

Heh, noice one. ^_^

I'm likely going to stay PS3DS this year, as while there are gonna be many worthwhile Wii U games by years end, only a few of them are games I'd buy a system for, the rest I'd get after owning the system already. This is mainly because games like Mario Kart, Mario Platformers, Smash Bros., Sonic, etc., already/will have versions released on the 3DS. That's just me though.

Yep im pretty clever

thats prolly a good idea, spend the next year and a half playing all the 3rd party PS3 I missed this gen and let 3DS solve my Nintendo fix and save Wii U for black friday 2014 when I can hopefully get it for $199

LM2, cant go wrong. Better than the original

DKCR its good, i would say its better than the Wii one for the simple fact you dont have to do any stupid, silly and godawful motion controls. Just straight platforming.

KH. I would skip it. Its really for the fans at this point, there is a synopsis, but its done poorly and IMHO the story itself is poor whether you played the others or not. Its a good KH, but not the best.

So out of Luigi and DK which should I choose?

Personally i would go with Luigi, but i do have a bias TBH. He is my 3rd fav character and DKCR is a good refined platfomer, but thats what it is a platformer and that genre is a dime a dozen these days. LM2 IMHO is more unique, I dont even know what genre its in. I would get both. LM2 now and DKCR later. I have a feeling that its port status and sales will make it cheaper quicker.

I feel obligated to point you towards Rhythm Thief and Shinobi, both of which are awesome and can be bought on the cheap pretty easily.

But out of your 3, I'd give the edge to DKCR. Spectacular platformer.

You should have bought PSV. You wouldn't have problems with choices.

Don't pick up Shinobi unless you like oldschool platforming. It's punishing.

You liked Fire Emblem so make sure to buy Project X Zone in a month's time. Try out the demo now.

If he lives in the United States, he will have to wait two days to try the demo.
