Nintendo have today announced a promotion to encourage players to pick up Capcom’s Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate on Nintendo 3DS.

Already great hunting alone, it really is a game that excels in multiplayer and the Monster Hunter: Gift & Hunt Together Promotion will hopefully help players form hunting parties.

Those that register Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate (Nintendo 3DS) through Club Nintendo before 22:59 (UK time) on 30th June, can claim a Recommendation Code that can then be passed on to a friend. Whilst those that have already done so can nab their code from the Club Nintendo website from 3pm BST on 3rd June.

If a friend then registers a Nintendo 3DS or 3DS XL between 23:01 BST on 3rd June and 22:59 BST on 31st July 2013, and then enters the Recommendation Code before 22:59 BST on 5th August 2013, they can then receive a free Download Code for Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate.

Sounds like it. Would be a bit of a dick move since the points you get for registering the system are valid for two years. Good thing I didn't register my 3DS yet^^

And I have (2) 3DS I can still register.

This is a really good move! It builds a fanbase for MH 4?!
