These two companies always remind me of one another, their like Nintendo and Sony second hand man. What's your thoughts on these two companies, Retro Studios is working on something for the Wii U as Naughty Dogs is finishing up on The Last of Us as they get started on their next project.

Both are stellar developers known for really pushing hardware and making great games.

Oh really, I didn't know that. I knew some ex devs from Naughty Dog went to Retro Studios about a year back.

Let's face it, they're known for ONE game - Metroid Prime - which was both stellar and pushed the hardware. Most key staff had left after Prime or Prime 2. They're living on a memory.

Yep. Both are magical developers. They really step it up with each game and provide us with amazing experiences. Some might consider them over rated as i hear the people taking a jab at the more cinematic approach taken by one of the above. Personally, i think the reputation is thoroughly earned and maintained with each iteration they produce.
