Just got this game, It's amazing! Will add my 3ds friend code at a later date. Have to suss out a few things first.

I wanna visit someone!

Well you find that as you progress into your game.. thats when you hit things like: Perfect town status, got just the right aestetics here and there, your flowers have produced offspring hybrids etc or you just made this awesome pathway which you spent days designing... and then someone just walks into your town, kills your hybrids, steals things destroys something you put real hours and weeks into making.. It kinda makes you go ANAL....

People don't realise that this is just more than a game... you put your design creativity and hours into this something that becomes like a pixel utopia and all of the sudden someone who just thinks this still a kids game where you can chop down someone elses trees, steal your prized fruit, steal your prized shit.. really hits on your emotions...

There is something that you need in this game especially when you open it up to people you hope will share your values and one of them is called Trust !!!

I get a lot of private emails and stuff where friends message me saying.. "they just friended me, can I trust them"?

Wow scorpions are evil. They killed me like three times but I caught one of them after it chased me through the whole town. I also found out that I can get new fruits by going to the island tours and stealing them. Now I must wait for them to grow :/

I also want to know how to get new public projects. I am running out of the good ones.

Edit: I need to talk to the villagers?!? I hate most of them all they do is whine and complain about how I talked to them too much. This is when I stopped talking them for days and now they are thinking about moving. Screw them I can make a sucessful town without them! I also would like to have an imigration policy in my town.  As mayor I should choose who can come and stay. I should also be able to get rid of people as well. 

They used to scare me and the Turantulas as well..

Theres a trick to catching them and turantula :P 

Don't approach them with the net equiped!!  Try it next time they will not attack you even up close.  But they disappear after a few seconds.

make sure you have the net equiped then push down on the directional pad to put net away, when you see a scorpion or turantula nearby, use the directional pad left or right and immediately you will equip the net then face the offender and press A button, then BAMB!  caught those pests!!

You are suppose to talk to villagers a couple of times a day, write some letters if you want to. Its a little boring but also careful with what you write because they will show other players what you told them!!

If you want them to ask for more public work projects, remove all fruit, furniture, unequipped clothing, and other tradable items and spend some time on the beach area where no one is around. Just leave it for like 5-10 minutes while in real life you can go on internet or other stuff to keep you occupied,  then walk around your town village a few times and wait for one of your villagers to approach you, hopefully they will ask for a public works...

It's kinda repeatative but thats progress... steady and slow..

Also personally I don't build everything that the villagers request because some of it is fugly...

I understand where you are coming from.  However, I don't mind sharing fruit.  Taking/destroying flowers (especially hybrids) and other stuff isn't acceptable to me.  I like having all fruit available for newcomers that need most of the fruit.  I like sharing in game if you haven't noticed (my excess duplicate item drops).  Some people get kicks out of destroying other people's town (seen it on AC community site).  Might be a sense of joy doing it but if person is smart then they will turn off system and not save.  Main trick I've seen from town wreckers was that they would play a game of hide and seek or try to get person browsing museum (in AC: WW).  They would then try and chop down as many trees and leave town before person knew what was up.  Sometimes they got caught but other times they were able to leave and save before person knew what was up.  Pretty fucked up if you ask me.  Just goes to show you gotta watch out who you friend.

I'm quite happy to share fruit and stuff too but I'm happier if they ask first tho. :o
