I work 2nd shift so I usually log on during the afternoon and late night.  I might be pretty busy tomorrow doing errands.  What times are you available?

Yeah sure- how exactly does visiting another person's town work anyway? I know I have to go to the train station, but can I then select a person from my friends list or?

Edit: I've figured it out!

Go to train station.  If first time then you will be asked to go take a photo to be able to travel.  Take a photo on main street photo booth.  You will then be allowed to travel.  I will have my gates open pretty soon so by time you get photo and go back to train station you will see my town.  We have to be 3DS friends first (or made friends in game by visiting other people's town and encounter their friends).  I suppose we are already 3DS friends so you should see my town gates open.  Select travel (faraway) and then it will show anyone on your friends list that has their gates open.

Wow, did you get any of those Nintendo designs. I need to look at some sites for QR codes for patterns. I'm sure there are plenty of Nintendo patterns to pick up with QR codes.

I just passed 100 hours myself. A little behind you piggy but you have over 400 hours of playtime.

those nintendo designs were done by the town owner himself he claims.  and he's a 50+ year old gamer who loves this game !  Even during the wile world DS game I met moms and dads some over 60+ through wifi who just love animal crossing.

and spurgeonryan ever since this game came out I've had very little sleep, sometimes only 3 hours then I wake up and can't stop thinking about it... play it on the way to/from  work, during lunch breaks and thank goodness there are free nintendo wifi hotspots around the city I live in.  I'm also really glad this game came out during summer break. otherwise my course work could have gotten screwed.
