Not yet but will do right now.  In order to visit someone's town you need a online pass or whatever.  If you go to the tracks then they will send you to the booth to take your picture.  So do that right now if you haven't already and by time you finish that I will have you added and my gates open.  My town is a week behind still...  I've been slacking on my AC a little lately.

I gotta go for now but I believe you got enough to get you started. Your internet connection seems spotty or something. Never had that many crashes! lol.. Oh well with all those quick saves you at least got everything eventually.

48k is chump change in this game overall.  It is a good boost at the start but soon upgrades will cost around 300-600k and public works projects can be very expensive.  Best way to make money in this game is to visit the island during the night and catch rare beetles.  There is a price guide posted in the op portion of thread.  Most beetles on palm trees are worth a lot and a few on reg trees are worth good money.  The island will open up after you pay off either the first or second loan to Nook.

I had payed off the 10k I owed Nook earlier this morning, and I'm finally gonna have a real house tomorrow. I'll see if I can visit the island then.

Might be the second loan pay off.  If so then you should have enough money to pay that one off too with the money I gave you.  After that the loans just keep going up and up!  Late night beetle hunting helped pay off a lot of my loans and public works projects.

I found out today that you can't move your house. I wanted to plant trees behind mine but it turns out I'm too close to the river. boo... My one perfect apple that I found all by myself wilted away cuz it was planted too close to the river T_T

Now I'm busy increasing my approval cuz I really want to do the Night Owl thing so I can play before bed.

Found a treasure chest on my island today! All those weeks of island hopping and it appears on my own island! So i did lots of tours and bought 3.
