Tea, strong with two tablespoons of sugar. Prefer the water to brew in a teapot rather than in the cup and milk first, makes a difference somehow. :)

It's called infusion.

You're supposed to have a shimmer to keep the water temp at close to boiling. Then you remove the tea leaves after 10 minutes.

Very hot Tea with a little milk no sugar. Tea is great with spicy food.

I drink coffee every morning, I only drink tea when I need to relax.

hard one.
I like to drink a coffee when I'm stressed or in the morning. And I enjoy a good espresso or cappuccino.
But I also like to drink tea in the day or when I'm sick :l
