Looks like quite a bit of spin from the author of the article. Admittedly, MS should probably try and word their statements carefully as their comments were prone to spin to make them appear arrogant.

Anyway, MS have 2 weeks to respond to the negative press and the general PR disaster of the last week or so. The ball is very much in their court.

The use of "senstionnal" keywords like "ant-consumers" does not make it more real...

You see, these statements are arrogant or anti-consumers to you just because you already made your oppinion about them years ago, great for you, but your oppinion is different than mine. Same goes for what is right or wrong or what is anti-consumers or not.

Just accept the fact that everyone does not think like you. Oh you can pretend to be the majority if it makes you happy; but I doubt it (at least oustide of the Sony fan base) :)

I am a defender of anyone who focuses on games. At the beginning of the gen I defended Microsoft and blasted Sony and many from the Sony section were just as annoyed of me as you are right now. I am a fervant defender of no one, except games. If a company focuses more on their development than another, guess what? I side with them. Sad part is for MS that only consistently existed for two years before Sony pulled ahead when it came to internal development and one of those years Sonys console wasn't even out ('05-'07). In 2009 I stopped defending MS because they completely lost focus on games development or even acquiring titles since their first party was clearly weak.

I thought we were done here? You explained me your point of view in the past 10 replies :) I still disagree with it and our points of view seem to be radically different :) Now, I respect your opinion and I will not try to convince you otherwise.

Was just responding to your comment about me saying anything wrong about Sony or Sony's games (or movie like games). That was not me.

Limiting used games trading/selling/lending/whatever = Anti-Consumer. There is no debate here. This goes against what the majority of consumes want.
This statement that gamers will buy your console no matter what, its arrogant. It's not my opinion, its not my bias. This is the very definition of  an arrogant statement.

I didn't make up my opinion about Microsoft years ago. My opinion keeps changing over time just like it does for Sony/Nintendo/Apple/whatever. It isn't just black/white, right/wrong.
