I guess its more impressive knowing that this record is attained from having 90% of chain locations closed.

Lets pretend that Blockbuster has NOT stopped being relevant 4 years ago.

Plus they were never known for stuff being purchased there never mind pre ordering. So this is no surprise at all.

Yup, its free press and "any news is good news". MS has everyones attention, that is one huge hurdle they have overcome.

Now its just a matter of changing their perception :P
