this is the problem with MS's proposed solution. yes it allows for used games but it does so only though "approved" resellers of which ebay will not be a part of. they are upset about their revenue losses and will make a sink about it. ..step on enough toes and you'll be the one to get squashed.

..but it was a failure.  not that sony gave it much of a chance.  if you make a digital only console and then don't make every game availible digitally (especially for a console with a small library to begin with) there can hardly be an alternative outcome.
