well since technically we can't call people fanboy on this site, there is only really two options that you left us with.

i liked a lot of the multi media stuff ms showed being able to multi task being a big one for me and the speed of it all but the second hand game thing is a worry . but a rumour has surfaced that sony has some thing like it for ps4 so im waiting for e3 to see what games interest me most for both before i make my mind up

I'm paranoid with you as i agree with everything you said. This technology could be used to help governments spy on people and restrict our overall rights, not just our rights as customers

I don't think you are out of line not to like it, but it's kind of too late in much of the modern world.  Even years ago, Cruise Ships would take your picture when you get on the ship, then track you as you travel around the ship.  They would know where you were.

In Hollywood and London you are often tracked by cameras.  They say in the states, you are usually tracked by 6 cameras for so many miles you travel by car (Cameras at lights, stores, gas stations, etc.)  or something close to that.

The face recognition is too easy and low tech now for it to go away.  Many people are already tracked by their phones anyway. Google always said they had the right to read your email if you use gmail.

Yes, it’s creepy, and yes we should probably strengthen privacy laws, but what I am saying is the raptor is already off the island.  True, I can see why you don’t want to invite it in your home, but it’s already becoming part of everything else.  And it's not ALL bad, might help find lost kids or grandparents that wonder off.

The 3DS, Wii U and Vita all  have forward facing cameras, microphones and ID accounts.  After all of the talk this week about Microsofts new Kinnect and what it could do I am worried about these devices also.  Several posts on Joystiq, Neogaf, etc. mention RAT (Remote Administration Tool) where men spy on woman through their webcams.

yes those consoles have cameras too, but they were not built with patents in order to use methods to fee/be always on and "spy" on the consumer. At any time if i was paranoid enough i can put a piece of tape over it and it wont say "camera obstruction detected please clear the item out of the way" so to say the xbox is probably not a spybox but it has many patents already in place that could be used to fee the consumer and advertise a hefty amount. I just feel the xbox1 was built for the corporate vision in mind and not the average player, being a big corporation is fine but not when they go to far with it.
