So this means that Xbox Live was compromised but they got the people responsible. Does this make it ok to keep it from the public?

Xbox Live has gone down on several occasions.

Not due to hacks. All the downs have been documented and confirmed by Microsoft. The last I believe was due to Halo 4 opening weekend where over 2 million logged in at the same time on the same game.

What is so fake about it? Do you notice something in the pictures that seems off? Or is it the source itself that isn't credible?

Yeah, it is a conspiracy theory, but it could be worth discussing. That Gamespot article on the hack was taken down VERY quickly yesterday.

Oh, and he does that in less than ten minutes. The pro. It's like I said, "Live free or Die Hard" was correct when it showed that you could hack FBI's database by pressing enter twice.
