There is no evidence that he actually made a lot of wine, just that he turned water into wine. Also, the god of the old testament once turned water into blood. Possibly even turned rain into Mana, whatever that is. Probably spelled wrong as well.

To start of with, I'm an Atheist. I don't believe in God or that Jesus ever existed

Having said that, I mean no offense but if he had existed why would we want to clone him? His long term results aren't that great.

Besides, it might cause a lot of anger and danger from Atheists and other religions.
