uh isn't cross game voice and video chat already confirmed? isn't the purpose for them purchasing gaikai them giving users access to cloud features? ( funny enough the ps3 had cloud features before the xbox 360 ) as for the whole motion and voice control thing i personally have no use for it as i still find using physical controls far more convenient but regardless i'd expect the new eye toy to even though it won't as accurate at least be competitive in terms of non-gaming features imo you really only seem to be calling out features that for the most part we already know will be available on both platforms

Even if you have in game video chat built in (which I am not sure you do on PS4), its not Skype. Skype is available on every device and is the most used video service by a huge margin. Having 2 dudes talk while gaming is one thing, with skype you can talk to your girlfriend in another country on her cell phone or tablet while you're playing COD lol.
Gaikai is a solid streaming service but I bet you any money that it uses either Amazon S3 or Microsoft Azure to stream games. Its not a cloud computing solution. Thare are very few companies with cloud storage computing services available. Even apple uses Microsofts Azure for the iCloud.
Eyetoy may have similar gesture control as Kinect 2, however I don't see them being able to implement voice in to the platform nearly as good through eyeToy. It appears Kinect 2.0 will be designed to understand actual speaking and not just specific voice commands.
I'm just calling out features that Xbox One has shown working. Sony did a lot of talk during their conference however not much was demonstated.
