microsoft announced yesterday that microsoft game studios will release 15 exclusives in its first year for the Xbox One. the question is, will sony have less, the same, or more exclusives for the PS4 in its first year?

Did they say 15 exclusive games, or 15 exclusive pieces of content?

All Sony own studios are working on games for the PS4, so that's about 13 games in itself, then we have a Square Enix exclusive and god who knows else?

So Sony could have more or less at this point, we simply don't know.

If Microsoft does deliver on its 15 exclusives promise, I can't see Sony releasing more than that. Now, I'm not at all convinced either console will reach 15 exclusives in their first year.

its most probably games. since it will be microsoft game studios releasing them. the EA fifa content is released by EA even though tis exclusive to MS.

I think things will be about even. Give or take a game.

A major problem with the opening Year of the PS3 was simply that there was nothing worthwhile worth playing. PS4 is looking to make up for the mistakes made, so it would be naturally a key point.

Im expecting a lot of 1st party stuff, with key exclusive numbers coming from Japan.

sony announced 5 exclusive games on its reveal (list in the OP) take into consideration that MS's games include Kinect games and most probably XBLA games and it doesnt sound so unlikely that Sony could top them
