The backlash is going to be felt. What Microsoft has done will not just be felt by the used game market but also to the rental market who pay licensing fees to the companies they buy from. Whatever hurts Gamestop hurts rental brands double. Red Box and Gamefly will be hurt in a major way by this. its not in anyones best interest to buy a used game because thats like buying double if you own an Xbox One. What do you think about the issue?

well if Eb Games keep their 7 Day return policy where you get all your money back i can buy any game on Xbox One take it back and the next buyer will buy it new but still have to pay for the preowned fee which is fucked up. however i heard after install you don't need the disc... does this mean i can have every game i want for free, that would make me buy an Xbox One, day 1

nope. Installation is mandtory, and the code can be use only one time. Just like Steam, Origin etc.
