Forums - Sony - Sony Aces up the sleeves

E3 is where it will really get down to business for both MS and SONY, games, pricing, availability and final details.

MS was it appeared IMO more concerned with the potential of an Apple TV set in the entertainment space, especially in the US market with their reveal the other night, this was not some mistake that they did this.

I am sure though that SONY will reveal quite a few entertainment focus features as well for the PS4, maybe @ E3, they are in the entertainment business after all and won’t let MS just take the entertainment space completely.

Both do have a lot to show still, MS can have now gamer focused E3 maintaining momentum throughout the show, SONY do have lot to talk about, the unveiling of the console itself, the games and the future of VITA will be very interesting.

Shaping up to be an amazing E3 all round.

We still don't know if Sony would go "online fee" though. Think of that before saying Sony's got full house.

PS3 will have free online.  Vita will have free online.  And they want to support all three of them at once, so I see them having basic online free for ps4, but having maybe 2 different tiers of subscriptions to add more features to it.  That's what I think at least.

I agree, PS+ is also properly going to evolve with the PS4, different subscription tiers makes sense incorporating PS+ into that structure.

I know MS had already informed about what the impending announcment would be.. But thats my point what should xbox target demographic be hardcore gamers, who bought Alan wake, Halo, Crackdown, gears etc.. guys who fought with PS owners about system spec GPU and CPU Ram.. or the casual mainstream audience who would like to change the way they watch TV and interact with it? Maybe u just dont see it! it is a big deal that how MS shifted it focus to casual audience to be the priority over core gamers who made what xbox brand is today!

I have been saying this since yesterday! I am happy with the Xbox One, My issue is with MS, since the arrival of kinect MS has gone off track!

speaking of crackdown.... this was caught on gaf.  look at the bottom left corner
lol im not getting my hopes up with xbox one  although i never followed rumors in the 1st place but take a look at this

For the love of god... no camera functionalities please. Dont make the same mistakes microsoft did.

They will be there, but will not be a focus at all.  The camera is not necessary and is just there for people who want it.  At least I'm pretty sure that's what was stated by sony.  I will be just as disappointed in Sony as I am with MS if they focus a lot on the new camera.

Arghhh dont get my hopes up, what if it turns out to be a TV series.. Even if its a game it will only appeal to me if MS sorts of their DRM situation... at least give gamers friend to play the game on a time limit to... or better take a sony stance if u buy a second hand game u would need to pay in to unclock multiplayer... I doubt it will be multiplayer..

Can't Waite for E3.sony is going to blow every body away

VITA 32 GIG CARD.250 GIG SLIM & 160 GIG PHAT PS3

Uncharted 4........

I'm really looking forward to the big E3 confrence from Sony.

It's a new hardware cycle, so each company (except nintendo) get's a fresh start and a lot of hype for the upcoming next generation of software.

KZ:Shadowfall: Looks GREAT. Flagship PS4 title with massive potential due to next-gen buzz.

Infamous:Second Son: I'm hoping they expand everything in this game, from scope to budget to overall presentation. They learned from infamous 2, people want something a little bit more serious.

Driveclub: For the racing fans

Knack: For the kids.

Unannounced games will surely be made public. Looking forward to the system details as well, interface, social features etc etc.
