I was reading the tabloid websites this morning to get the general consensus of the Xbox one and the casuals are hating on it too.


If it works out well it may get MS to make a similar deal for Soccer over in Europe. I agree it sucks that a lot of the media stuff is United States centric. But its hard for MS to make these deals over seas as they simply do not have those connections yet. But as they get bigger, and have more media success over here it will make it wasier to do the same for europe, and than eventually asia and japan.

Japan is a no go for Microsoft and Sony have a soccor deal in Europe already. This is going to be a very hard sell for Europeans because the unique selling point of the console is interaction with your favourite shows. In Ireland all we get is Netflix and Shitty mubi.

The Xbox One made the Wii U looks great, to be honest I been bashing the U for its weak hardware but I think I'm going SONYNTENDO this gen with PS4 at launch and Wii U later when Smash U comes out.

We gamers should make a truce and vote with our wallets, this used fees/always online policies are terrible and we should not accept them.

Agreed, and what i plan to do. This is not about this company or that, it is about a principle. If anything this will encourage me to reward companies more that do not endorse this practice.

Phil Harrison was a former Sony executive. Don't think for a second Sony is not going to have a similar hook available.

Just google "Cinavia PS3" to see an example of what Sony is ALREADY doing.
