Its probably one of their top 3 franchises. Why would they shelve it? Its still selling millions.

I think that's how it will be. Just like how 2 different teams do CoD, a one year tLou, one year UC.

It's probably just taking a break to let the team work on other things; like Mass Effect or Metroid Prime. But we will see it, maybe not for a few years, but we will.

In addition, trademarking TLoU 2 and 3 is probably just a safety precaution so no-one else does, as opposed to them having plans to make another game in the series.

Naughty Dog and Uncharted are the superstars in Sonys lineup.(with GT)
It is the easiest way to prove the power of ps4 and it is a potential huge systemseller for the new console.
Do you really think they'll drop an established millionenselling franchise in favor of a game that hadn't sold one single copy until know.
All companies milk their franchises to death nintendo does with mario&co,ms does with halo&co-why should sony be different?

registering domains for sequels is business as usuall to prevent domain trolls registering them in the case of success=sequel.
ND was able to code tlou parallel to uc3 therefore I think they started coding UC4 parallel to tlou when they finished UC3.I guess we can expect a UC4 announcement at the e3(maybe even ingame videos)

No, simply no for several reaosn

1. Naughty Dog has two teams ( obviously one is for uncharted)
2. Naughty Dog is expanding, there was some news two eeks ago that they need 20+ new employes ( maybe they will make a third team )
3. Uncharted 2 and 3 each sold 5 about six million copys ( there is no way sony would not milk this cow)
4. Uncharted 4 would boost PS4 sales more than most of the other IPS they have

Trust me, there will be another Unchrated for the pS4. If not this year, than next year.

Plus The last of us team make Uncharted 2 so this statement is refering to Uncharted 2 and not the whole Uncharted franchsie.

As other people have said, no.

Besides, we had a new Uncharted last year (Golden Abyss). Perhaps they're simply going to give the Vita-specific games a chance before releasing another console entry.

But Sony do have a habit of flooding the market once they have a successful IP (i.e. God of War; Ratchet), so I guess we'll just have to wait and see.
