Didn't play SS long enough to get to that part with the glitch (got tired of it long before then), but if that happened to me, I might have actually gotten mad over a video game. That would be unprecedented!

Getting mad over a video game, pfft, who does that?..... *quietly hides his 360 PC controller with anger marks from too much PES on highest difficulty*

Anger marks? Wonder what those look like. I've only seen neglect marks one of my ex-friend's controllers. :L

Basically it has a dent on the right side grip when I let it fell once when I was utterly pissed (managed not to throw it). I'm usually very calm when playing video games, heck I can even go a full round of Ghouls and Goblins very calmly, but sport games on the highest difficulties just make me go insane with the amount of cheating that the A.I does.

On PES games (and on FIFA too), it's funny when you're controlling one of the fastest players (like Messi or Walcott) on the game and suddenly one defender, that has the lowest speed stat you'll ever see, outruns you even when he starts running one second after you. I like a challenge, I just hate it when a game goes "Fuck you, you're not allowed to do anything".

Beat the entire game, got all the collectibles, and played a few hours of both online and near multiplayer. Never experienced a glitch.

Why punish the controller when it's the game that's being a jerk lol? Oh, and you know what they say (or atleast what I say hehe), if ya hate it (as in the difficulty) don't play it!

Awesome, but that's probably because you're luckly, so I envy you! Oh, and just because you didn't experience any glitches don't mean they don't exsist. ;)

And how about when the game ignores basic football rules? I don't play football games anymore, but yesterday I was watching one of my brothers playing PES 2013, and one of the AI defenders passed the ball to the goalie and he grabbed the ball with his hands...

But the best one in PES was in PES 3. One of my friends was playing with England, and he got a 1 on 1 against the goalie in a counterattack. With Owen, when he was good. The goalie stayed on the goal line. When my friend reached the penalty point, he shooted. Then the goalie reacted with godlike reflexes and stopped the ball, which apparently hit Owen's body and entered the goal. We hear the referee's whistle, and think it's goal... but nope. It was hand, not goal, and it was Owen's second yellow card so he got expelled from the match.

Those I have by the dozen on Superstar difficulty on PES 2013. Yesterday I was playing my Master League team and in a match against Atletico, Falcao scored a goal via a through pass when he was at least 5 or 6 meters off-side. I even saved the replay because it pissed me off monumentaly. It's funny cause if my players are off-side even by a single milimeter, the damn ref always seems to "see" it.

At least until PES 5 refs signalled hand balls. I've seem some amazing keeper "skills" by a ton of defenders >_<.

@Einsam_Delphim - I mostly play it at the highest difficulty because otherwise the game presents no challenge at all. If I drop into Professional difficulty, I usually win by 5 or 6 goal difference, even with a shitty team. And even on Superstar (despite the cheating A.I), once I get some good players on my team, I start scoring a lot of goals too (have a 3,5 goal average on my recent season of ML).

And this is now the PES thread. :L

Wonder if that game has troublesome glitches.

Sorry for deviating the thread from the original OP. I swear it was not my intention when I made my comment regarding video game anger.

As for the topic of glitches, it's a bit difficult to have game-breaking glitches on a game that has no other purpose than to play individual 5,10,20 or 45 minute matches.
That being said, PES 2013 has a lot of tiny, annoying glitches that can happen in mid-game like the ball getting stuck to a player or ragdoll physics going haywire on collisions via tackles, though the most annoying glitch/error/bug that happened to me so far was that my laptop resetted during one of the game autosaves (damn AVG) and it screwed the option file completely. Lost everything I had collected until that point (about 100 hours or so of gameplay) and had to start all over again.

It's all good, afterall it gives the thread free bumps hehe.

But yikes, 100 hours lost!? That sure sucks, but having played the game that long already surely means you like it a lot, so I'll bet it wasn't that big a deal having to start over. Sure wasn't much of an issue for me when I had to re-download MK7 since I play that game all the time anyway. I've already almost gotten 100% again in less than half the time it took on my original file. ^_^

Well, 100 hours isn't that much when you take in count the scope of the game. I'm currently on my 5th different team on the Master League, on it's 2nd season. One season can vary between 50 - 60 matches, and each match is 10 minutes long (on my settings). So each season can go up to 10 hours (match time only).

It's not the worst file I ever lost. I still have sad memories of the time I lost my 300+ hours save file of Final Fantasy X when I was almost completing it 100%. I didn't touch the game until a couple of years ago .

OT - I've played a bit more of Luigi's Mansion 2 and saw another glitch . One of the big red ghosts had it's timer countdown go down to 0, but he didn't get sucked no matter what I did. Even zoning in and out of the area didn't help, had to restart the level which was a bit annoying.
