Forums - Nintendo - DKCR 3D reviews are coming in! Not too shabby. EGM gave it a 70 though....

It's weird egm saying the 3d is useless when I've heard a lot of praise of that effect in this game...

I think it is useless, but looks good (from what I understand).

The average score is pretty good for a remake of a game with just 7 new levels. As a owner of the wii game I can only recommend this game, it is fantastic!

I've heard it's a good addition since there's so much interaction between the fore- and background... But I haven't played the original and haven't tried the new one so I can't really comment myself. But I'm more inclinde to try the 3ds version....

buy this game, there's a reason this game did so welll on wii! its difficult is crazy hard! thats why they give you so much help in this game! I might get this game only if its like $20 or something :) (i played the original alot0

Oh, I'm definetily getting this game! I'm undecided if I'll get it on Wii or 3DS though...

3ds i highly recommend, upgraded,levels,easier(optional),portable,better expeirence overall

Yeah, that's what I'm thinking as well...

don't forget that the wii version is 60 fps....3ds only 30 fps.

mmm I know.. But it might be worth it for 8 new levels and an easy mode for a noob like me ;P

Furthermore, I think VGChartz should add a "Like"-button.

Official nintendo magazine gave it 80%

Nintendo is not paying them enough.

ONM have really gone on a hate offensive as of late. Very, very few games score above 90% nowadays and they're really cracking down on ports and remakes (MH3U got around 75).

Here lies the dearly departed Nintendomination Thread.

The absence of motion controls is the primary reason I would buy this game again...

Have a nice day...

Yes, in the wii verion I remember that sometimes DK and DK went back and forth between the fore and background. As said, I can imagine that looks good, but it shouldn't make the game "different," like 3d did in Super Mario 3d land, if you get what I meen.

I won't be getting this one since I have the Wii version plus I prefer a big screen over a mall one. It's always good to have the option to buy a portable port with some extra stuff though

    R.I.P Mr Iwata :'(

According to IGN, there are 8 new levels. Hopefully among those we can play those cool concept levels from the artwork from the Wii version.

Will pick this on price cut.

Yeah, I've also seen canon balls being shot from the background, or that octopus throwing around its arms, but I get what you mean that it doesn't change the actual game play.

Another port? Damn Nintendo be milking the hell out of their games
