I haven't worked out in months because of work and school, but I'm still pretty fit. I used to be a really fit from running track until last summer. I'm probably still in good shape though. I could probably run a mile in about 6-7 minutes, probably. The other day I tried to see how many pull ups I could still do and I made it to the upper teens/lower 20s. Not sure how many push ups I can do these days.
I'm probably going to start exercising again since school is over. I reckon I'll be able to run a mile in under 5 minutes with some consistent training.
Right now I do only cardio up to 6 times a week. Usually it's a split between running and inline skating. Right now I'm at my 20km running distance mark (around 2 hours), and at 45km skating distance mark (around 2 and half hours). The goal is to be ready to run a marathon this fall.
I used to go to gym and do yoga, but that's on hold until my left arm is fixed (surgery #2 scheduled for July).
P90X, so 6-7 times a week. Im on my 3rd week. Chest & Back, and Yoga X are killing me

yoga x is horrible.... you should also do their plyometrics.. it is evil!

Not as much lately but I do MMA/boxing/grappling. When I have a fight coming up I workout 3-4 hours per day and 5-6 days a week. 5' 10" and usually around 165 pounds

Plyometrics are easier after first 2 weeks. Yoga is also easier after you pass first 50 minutes
