Time for hype

Same here. Fails to scream "BUY ME AT $50! AND OUR SEASON PASS!" with such a short demo that doesn't show the games strengths outside of solid controls and nice looking visuals.
It's just that simple.
Good, WiiU (and PS3) demo's up I see.
I'm not sure if I want to download it on one of my consoles, game's so good I might fall for it a second time
.
I beat this game already on my 3DS so I don't really have much interest in it, but as someone that has enjoyed upgraded ports of old games that I never got a chance to play before, I can understand how you guys feel. Can't say I can really understand the WiiU owners that have already beaten it on 3DS and still want the WiiU version, because it's not like they beat the game years ago and there's some nostalgia involved. Any word on whether the game will sell at full price on consoles?

So I've now played the PS3 demo also. I can say that the aiming was tighter, but it was missing "something", I don't know what. Maybe the Wii U version was a little crisper, or it was the omission of the second screen, or both. But even with the wonky aiming, I found the Wii U version to be far more enjoyable.
@tulo619
I completed the 3DS version and have the WiiU version on pre-order.
The game is good enough (one of my favourite 3DS games) and features enough new content for me to pick it up again. I'm looking forward to playing through it again on the big screen!
I can see your point though! To most people its just a port and they'll probably skip it.
I'm downloading it on Steam Now.
I loved Mercenaries and the non campaign modes in Re6, and I thought the campaign was ok, it had way too many QTE's, and not just QTE's like Tomb Raider, or uncharted, but some of the most nonsensical ones I've ever seen.
I'll have to see if this warrants 50 dollars purchase.
This game was really good - it's the closest thing we have to the old RE in a looong time

Games can and should tell stories and share ideas through their mechanics. This is the intrinsic element of the medium and this is how experiences should be crafted in video games. No company does this as well as Nintendo and their echoes from the past.
