P5 and AL moving. Nice. AL needs to increase more.

It already fell out of the weekly top ten in Famitsu... |
7500 is a high bar for a game 6 weeks after launch and isn't a Nintendo evergreen. A 21% drop from last week is enough to fall out of the chart at this point. And with Fire Emblem, Rune Factory 4 and Fishing Spirits, Nintendo players had tons of new stuff to play on this week. But that doesn't mean it can't sell 3000-5000 a week where it's predecessors would drop out of the top 30 pretty fast.

Pokemon looking a bit better today. I really miss the days when it perpetually lit up the charts, though. It used to get 30 points or more a day on weekends, usually double digits most weekdays. There was a time.
Another Points for persona, nice to see it's doing good

Persona 5 Royal starting to get lots of new trailers and media for it. I would think it'll continue to have nice showings.

I guess we have to consider that COMG has changed a lot since those days. Not to mention that the install base for the Switch in Japan is vastly different from the install base for the DS/3DS. Splatoon 2 and Smash Bros. Ultimate are the only exceptions, I believe, if my memory serves me right, when it came to the big Switch games on COMG. Its kinda funny that Pokemon Sw/Sh is criticized for being more of the same while Splatoon 2 and Smash Bros. Ultimate dominated COMG even though, as games, people thought of them as not necessarily evolutionary from their previous installments, respectively. People complained, prior to the August Smash Direct, that Ultimate was just a port of the Wii U game, just with all the old characters back from Melee/Brawl/Wii U/3DS, and that was the same for Splatoon 2, outside of the Salmon Run mode.

Except that was always a bullshit argument on both counts, but especially for Smash Ultimate. And how is the 3DS install base all that different from the Switch base, aside from the Switch base being smaller at the moment?
