I overestimated the PSP, spot on with the PSV! (Predicted 260k, it's 262k averaged between Famitsu and MC). PSP games really tend to get over preordered don't they?

I think Wii Party U is a better game to compare to because of the nature of WiiU game sales. Mario isn't a franchise you pre-order, no matter the console, expecially on WiiU. I'm thinking pre-orders could be particularly low for this game because of lot of potential buyers don't own the console yet.

Media Create didn't track the bundled software. They had the first week at 37k.

Again, how can you say Mario isn't a franchise you preorder when I am comparing it to other Mario games? Why did people preorder those games? One of those was even a Mario game on the Wii U. So if people don't preorder Mario, especially on the Wii U, how do you explain NSMBU? In that case none of the potential buyers had the console yet.
