Trails of Cold Steel 3 isn't doing that well compared to its predecessor, maybe they should have made a Vita version.

I think it'll be a mistake for them financially. They said they wanted to go bigger budget/higher production value. So they just hedged their bets on PS4 alone. Game looks good though. I hope it sells well.

I think they aimed this at an global audience with going PS4 only, the CEO often says how important western sales are becoming for them (and stuff like wanting all his games on PC etc.) - so maybe that was their thought process.

I mean the Cold Steel subseries sold 1M copies so far so an audience is definitly there in the west. I just hope it won´t bite them in the ass, because as you said the game looks really good.

Oh so that's why it said 23 new posts. Hopefully it is forever and ever. 

Also, I think it's a common issue in the mega threads (I know Nintendomination has had it too), so if you could check it out in those threads it would be great
