Nice, MH will likely take that #2 spot soon!

MH XX Switch ver. will be only a port. I think it will gain max 400-500 pt. (maybe less).
Great day for Gundam, dragon quest and Tekken 7. Mighty performance today for the ps4.

Really doubt that. Both versions of Dragon Quest will beat it from start to finish.

200k would be a flop, barring your downplayed expectations. I'm not basing anything off of Splatoon 2, as that would be ridiculous. However, to say 200k is successful is laughable; Nintendo should be able to push a game better than that, especially on a hot platform. Now, ARMS may totally end up being a success in the West, which would make the game overall successful, but still a flop in Japan none-the-less. |
If you believe 200k is a flop for a new ip (a fighter no less) than thats on you.

It's good to have my account back again! Splatoon has really been killing it damn, and DQXI is distributed pretty evenly between the PS4 and the 3DS, didn't expect that. Expect the 3DS to race away when we approach release though

So... Splatoon in July, Monster Hunter in August and Dragon Quest in September? Switch will destroy Japan.

Dragon Quest X though. It's a port of an MMO that was originally released in 2012 for the Wii. It's not really comparable in size to Monster Hunter or Spla2n
Now when the Switch gets Dragon Quest XI next year on the other hand...

It's better than nothing, though, Teeq! It's a strong franchise, stronger than a lot out there in Japan.
