Tsutaya is out and is basically saying the same thing as COMG. It really does sound like YSO was way off which has become customary lately.

could you link the tsutaya charts?

----------

Long time since I posted pics. Sorry for that, very busy these days.

So, this week was the launch of Switch. Stores were very happy for the release and the improvement of clients. They there were giving big spaces for the console. Pics are from Joshin, Santy, and Mandai.

Situation is that Switch is out of stock in most places. Santy re-opened the reservations, but had to close them again aren't accepting more. Accesories were very popular, controllers and especially the carrying cases. Most Switch games are available. Zelda was the best selling game. Santy-san says again, of each three Switch consoles sold, are two Zelda copies and one 1-2-Switch were sold.

Even though was Switch release, Horizon sold better than expected. Actually, the game competed directly with Zelda on the weekly rankings published internally by those small stores, and got some new shipment during the weekend.

Horizon #1 on rakuten and #1 on tsutsaya!!!!

Holy mother of God. This game is performing majestically!!

nice points for the first part oft the charts

Switches are selling out! Either low stock purposely or higher demand than what Nintendo was planning.

Well Nintendo seems to be doing well with stock in the States, despite demand still being high.  Still, Japan's may well be higher per capita.

Wow so Horizon DID outsell Zelda, colour me surprised! I definitely did not expect that. If three major stores have it ahead then it must be true.

I don't understand, Horizon above Zelda. Noone predicted that. I expect though Media Create will show the opposite

Three major stores are showing Horizon is ahead, not by much but still ahead.

Seeing a launch Zelda outsold by a western game in Japan is wierd. By all accounts Horizon is fantastic though, so more power to it! :)

I hope the Switch is doing well though. It might be supply constrained, if that's the case hopefully Nintendo gets on the ball with shipments.
