Before the delay that was confirmed like two days ago, i had the thought that FFXV would skyrocket after the release of Persona 5 due to the overlapping audiences or perhaps even having legs, unlike FF 13 which opened at 1.5 million and only sold a pathetic 400k more copies after. I was thinking more like a 700k opening and ending with 1.2 million lifetime due to selling well throughout the entire holiday season. So what I'm going to guess now is that FFXV will open with a million or maybe 800-900k and end with 1.4 million lifetime due to launching in a hot spot of the end of November and the beginning of December, but sales like that only seem possible if the game turns out to be good.
