So for now, XCX appears to be tracking ahead of XC. Hopefully, it will maintain a lead and perform better than the first. XC3D underperforming...odd. Could it's launch being so close to XCX's affect that? I shouldn't think so, but maybe so. Of course XC didn't have near the sales in Japan as it did in the West so...yeah.

I don't think Japan really cares too much about ports/remasters. The game is almost 5 years old at this point as well.

was expecting higher preorder for EDF 4.1, the gameplay is a pure blast! Im looking forward to import it

I still want to see Rodea on the list, even if it is only for a couple of days.

Looking at amazon.jp: 
Minecraft Playstation Vita Edition has very huge legs and is doing great!
Super Robot Wars Z3 is doing very good. PS3 version ≈ PS Vita version 
One Piece Pirate Warriors is doing good. PS3 version > PS Vita version > PS4 version
Bloodborne is doing very good. 
God Eater 2: Rage Burst still on the charts, this is also good.
Sword Art Online is ok. PS3 version ≈ PS Vita version 
Digimon Cyber Sleuth is ok currently, hope for a big boost when the new anime starts.

It may lose the lead at sometime, but we have to remember their is that console bundle that includes the game, and we do not know how much that is doing, so by points alone it will be a bit hard to pinpoint.
