In 4 days when people are in buying their games they will probably preorder other games they see. So hopefully a big boost for the other titles on the list.

Well, it's an expansion from a MMORPG. I mean, they have to make the audience update somehow. It reminds me that FFXI expansion for PlayStation 2 launched almost two years ago. I suppose they didn't expect it sold, they released it because they wanted to keep users playing the game.

I understand your point.
However, is totally logic that Wii version shows up. The most important reason is that DQX Wii sold 420k FW, crossed the 600k mark in 2012, and more than 300k are active daily subscribers, The Wii U version sold 33k FW and Version 2, only exceed 70k.
With that numbers in mind, I really think is obvius that Wii version shows up first.
