Isnt pokemon gonna start tomorrow? i mean it is technically the 10th in japan by the time COMG comes out next time

Still a lot of PS3 games coming out in Japan. I wonder if Sony feels that PS4 doesn't need to launch this year because of that.

Heck they really need to launch in Europe 1st this time.

Anyways, the 2 top spots are going to be eating all of the other's points combined soon. (Actually, is MH4 already above all the rest combined?)

Yea, but most of the PS3 games on COMG only sell 100-200,000 units. I have a feeling that the number of PS3 games releasing will significantly reduce in 2014, but then again PSP is still sticking around. So who knows.

PS4 needs to go to USA first, they need a lead to pick up and fast so people don't "Buy a one because their friends have one." If Sony gets a quick lead in USA, that lead could stick, and really help overall sales.

Europe will favor PS4 regardless, same with Japan, it's USA and Canada that Sony has to fight for (Actually I think most Canadians own PS3's anyway, so mostly just USA).

I dunno, I think it will top all the GBA/DS Pokemons, I mean there is a new Pokemon type, and the gameplay looks wicked awesome. Plus Mega MewTwo......, but 25 million? There are only 33 million 3DS units out there right now, and there probably will only be about 41-44 million 3DS systems out by the end of the year.

It would need mighty legs to do this, it's definatly possible, but I'm thinking a healthy 19-20 million is more likely.

Now I want to play Pokemon....but I beat all mine!

I agree, they must be agressive on USA. 

Also, i think that the PS3 will still see a lot of ninche titles on japan in 2014 and continue selling well after PS4 release, cuz they probably have more than 1 pricecut to do on PS3.
